All orders are shipped from Canada. Processing times are usually 2-4 business days before dispatch. Delivery times vary by location, and once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email (if you selected tracked shipping). Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

The shop accepts returns on products as long as the item is shipped back in its original condition. A full refund for the item cost will be issued once the returned book has been received. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you send us photos of the damaged product via email. Once verified, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we ask that you wait 3–4 weeks from the shipping date to allow for possible delays. After this period, we will either send you a replacement book or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
